وَمِنْ ءَايَتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِّنْ أَنْفُسِكَمْ أَزْوَجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إٍلَيْهَا وَ جَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَّوَدَّةً وَ رَحْمَةً إٍنَّ فِى ذَلِكَ لأَيَتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
A
nd from His signs is that He created for you spouses from amongst yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in this are indeed signs for a people who reflect. (Qur'an 30.21)
